BY LIES AND DECEIT.

I'm fairly new to this and want to get an idea of what perils lie ahead as well as how some of the Veteran investors and wholesalers plan to overcome them.

My condo lies in a business mixed zone.

This is not about lying but a skiddish mortgage broker might balk at this while the bank may be okay.

While I agree that there will be opportunities for buyers that lie ahead, you can't look at a house hack with the mindset of "I can't afford this house anymore due to rates going up, but as long as I get roommates or fill the adjacent unit I can afford it!"

If you are going to make a trip out I would be happy to give you the lay of the land from my perspective and can even offer some Greer's Chicken - some of the hands down best chicken I have ever eaten.

Could you prove in a court of law who is abusing who, or who might be lying?
