I must be doing something wrong cause I've started two threads now asking about this and both times my posts have been removed.

This has caused much thought for me.

It seems like the combination of these facts has caused issues.

No cause eviction, rent control, limited security deposit, moving fees...what else?

Making a mistake on the documents and title could cause some big problems down the road.

But I would highly recommend that you go NO pets for the property it's simply not worth the expense, and damages that they cause,, you won't regret it and their are plenty of people that rent that don't have pets..

Make sure there are no errors or issues that could cause you a problem later especially since you have an expected time you want to purchase.

I just got notified of a $230 water bill charge from February on a (formerly) vacant rental...guess what caused that leak?

This way if the tenant is causing problems, you can simply ask them to leave.

I don't want to waste their time right now cause I want to learn for a few months before diving in.
