@Taylor L.Yea, I've been asking around in local facebook groups in my area and a few brought up the liability I'd be facing afterwards when it comes to sell it.

The deal was brought to me by my rental photographer.

So, LLs brought this upon themselves by being terrible LLs and doing things that allowed these type of services to flourish. 

What has brought the best results?

Agent / PM brought the deal to me already reno'd and rented

. :-)  Minimal impact to our place, possibly including ice chests brought in, but I will add provisions to rental agreement about this. 

Hey @Joseph Grullon,Sounds like you have a few options here.Assuming you put down 20% to purchase and closing costs brought you to about $45-50K all-in, you're looking at gross returns of around 10% if you hold onto the property.

Turned home into rental: not really a house hack as I didn't realize the house would make a good rental until after I brought it.
