Do yourself a favor and work with a seasoned investor to help you learn the legal, moral and ethical way to do business.

So the moral of the story is, everyday you wait will cost you more and more nickels. 

Also, if you were trying the Virtue Signaling, pretending to care about poor people, moral superiority thing. 

Moral of the story that was thrown out in April.June Came and she then again tried to foreclose on me- which as of 2 weeks ago was just thrown out.My attorney is telling me to sue for harassment- before she files again (I am sure she will try....)

If there is a moral issue you have with fixing your credit profile for funding, you may want to wait until the inquires fall off. 

If you can save some money up, boost your credit, acquire a mode of transportation, etc, you will be better equipped to start acting as a realtor/investor.

I don’t want to be out even more money with lawyers fees but because of the morales of it and you are right they need to be held accountable for illegal practices and in-competence.

This is not a crime of moral turpitude so I doubt they would deny your application for that reason alone.
