Deal with that as well.I also   suggest you leave low income housing to the pros, it's the Public Housing Authority, they have a staff of babysitters, security folks, social workers and maintenance folks to ensure safe and affordable housing is available to this "needs" group.Now, for your predatory slip up, doing rent to own and later when you sell in 30 years, you need to back up in your thinking of being a crook, selling but not really trying to sell, rent, rinse and repeat types.....not to mention that rent to own will put you in violation of Dodd-Frank, federal law!
