Good luck, I had 9 buildings, 3 floors, 120 units,  a shared community, day sleepers,  crying babies, and occasional loud stereos, having them step outside the door and listen made them realize YA it's to loud.

(The tenants are male, female and baby who occasionally have a guest staying the night).

Your buying a metal building on a concrete slab in a very tertiary market, and if you lose DG, half of your principal is wiped out.

I made crazy money, thought I knew what I was doing until the tech crash of 2000 wiped out all my gains.

I'm having a hard time understanding that I will put up 270K and it will have a first position lien by BC and I could be wiped out entirely if the build or the market implodes.

With a stroke of a pen all these livelihoods wiped out.
