I'm hoping that the only thing that makes me come back to California is just for visiting family and friends, but who knows, I maybe could end up back here in the future.

The main feature of the Amazon for Hospitality program I was hoping for was a way to reset the data between guest visits, which may actually be a more complex setup through Amazon to PMS integration for larger scale operators.

I visited with my long-time accountant a few weeks ago and he informed me that in Texas for some reason if you file married filing separately you have to report half of your spouse's income on your return. 

Growing up in Southern Oregon, I loved visiting the coast and going to summer camp in Bandon.

Even the city itself has been going downhill for years, getting dirtier and less pleasant to visit.

I'm visiting the unit next week as details were slim on website.  

In our market (AA county), deals are done without even a preliminary visit to the property within hours of the listing being "public".
