Things to consider on first property at busy intersection
Hi all. Looking at a (3) possibly 4 unit property for $45k. It's rough looking on a very busy cross-intersection with gross rent of $1200/month. The 4th unit was described to need work before usable.
The (3) tenants have been there 10+ years. I'm visiting the unit next week as details were slim on website. I know the area relatively well.
What things should I look for & ask about when on-site? Yes, this is my first foray into rental properties.
Appreciate your time.
