I have heard some lenders give push back to attempting this, but it is straight out not allowed or just harder to acquire these types of loans?

As the new year is upon us I have made it a goal to acquire at least 1 property.  

You have to weigh that against the headaches to acquire these properties.

The QI oversees the construction and within 180 days I acquire the constructed property.
