I've just achieved a pretty big financial goal for myself which has been getting my first 10k invested!

Pick-up the phone, call a realtor and a mortgage broker, and get the ball rolling to see what can actually be achieved in your market with your personal situation. 

I wonder what others do to stay focused and any short term goals that have helped in achieving those targets. 

Getting a "yes" to funding can be a major achievement.

What I hope to achieve from this post:- What do you look for when analyzing numbers on Multi-family houses and/or Apartment complex...

The only thing that would make this post more obnoxious is if you had a link to your guru masterclass where you teach people how to achieve similar stock market gains.  

I think we can appeal to a larger audience then what is currently available.Our podcast is focused towards the people like us just starting out and are willing to do whatever is necessary, through a side business, constant learning, to working 100+ hours a week all in order to achieve the attainable financial freedom Real Estate has to offer.

This is a goal I should be able to achieve by Nov 2021 if I continue on the budget I created.

After all the effort it helped just a little, true soundproofing is very hard to achieve.
