New to real estate investment. What short term goals be like ?

Hi BiggerPocker Community,

My name is Ketan Patel. I am new to real estate investment. I have been learning about the real estate market for the last 3 to 4 months but have not been able to consistently follow a process that leads to a first investment. I have been in contact with some turnkey providers but not confident about the cashflow and numbers that they offer. I wonder what others do to stay focused and any short term goals that have helped in achieving those targets.
