@Bill Snyder Definitely do your DD on leases, because from what I’ve gathered from the people I’ve known that considered leasing, the landlord will be held liable for anything that goes south.

How about if and when the rental property needs minor repairs and so forth, do I pay the repairs with my personal funds first and just gather up a TOTAL by year's end and then reimburse myself out of the SD ROTH IRA? 

SMH...I'm finding that not all of the properties, especially OM ones are accurate in their information.
