Curious on lead pricing?

Firstly, I apologize if this type of post isn’t allowed/in the wrong location.

So, over the past year I’ve been using a proprietary software that allows me to collect data of commercial property owner: Name, cell and home phone number, email address, home address. All data is around 90-95% accurate.

I’ve completely mapped out multiple dates and I’m confident I have at minimum 95% of all the mom and pop targets. I’ve done this for mobile home parks, self storage facilities, and multi tenant industrial park.

My question is this: I’ve been searching the internet for any sort of pricing indication that I can use to market this data to Brokers, agents, and private equity firms. Do any of you have any idea on what these would run? $2 per, 5$ per, 10$ per.

These are hand picked and visually raked, so some of these have never been contacted.

I appreciate any comments, thanks everyone!
