@Joanne Velez regional banks or credit unions.In my experience, I bought in my personal name, Refi to a new lender with a commercial loan, then got a line of credit from same bank.Usually they want you to have a checking account with them too.

We are looking into getting into mid-term rentals and fix & flips next, along with most likely house hacking a duplex in the next year or so, preferably in the Los Angeles or Orange County region since that is the market I am most familiar with.
