Locally new manufactured homes aren't selling at all.Mobiles on their own land are the cheapest housing, but they were hard to finance in the best of times, and they are impossible to finance now.I have some as rentals and my new tenants are people moving down due to reduction of income.There're some good deals on manufactured on small acreage in my area.
