Is there a list somewhere that you can find VA loan foreclosures in your certain area?

I’d like to use the va loan but unless anyone knows a workaround the immediate residency stipulation I don’t think that’s an option.

Through a buyers agent, we used our VA loan to purchase it.

Right now I am in a triplex under a va loan and plan to purchase the next multifamily with a fha loan.

Thus, I am looking for a VA Loan representative or any good contact referrals in Puerto Rico to help me with the VA Loan process and information.Thank you.
