I have zero specific knowledge of this other than knowing someone who has a house with a video game addiction program out in the country where no one knows and no one cares....but my gut says you would have zero chance of doing this with a townhome lease because on top of every state, county, city and ward issue you will need to navigate, you have the homeowners association and very close neighbors who will raise holy hell.

I just saw a video about potential mistakes in doing wholesaling.

I want the ability to edit videos, make virtual tours, work with CRMs and that sort of thing.

Hey all, I stumbled upon this site after getting lost into a rabbit hole of Youtube videos a couple of months ago and immediately related to the majority of people on the videos, podcasts, and this forum.  

I want my children to learn a lot from my real estate journey so I have my daughter remove all the dead space from my podcast videos which takes a lot of back and forth and she learns a lot in the process.You are correct about spreading knowledge.
