Maybe do an MTR for one of them since RWC is near various hospitals (I'm looking into doing this) or even rent-by-room.Construction is expensive here, so even with all that it can be hard to pencil out.

If it’s well run, kids are doing their homework and adults are helping with the homework, no problem.

So the foreclosure took longer and cost us more, evnetually we foreclosed and took the property back and sold it (at a loss).So damn I lost money on this deal....

Does anyone know what kind of lender willing to offer financing with 10% down for this type of deal?

I feel they should use the transaction value still.I plan to fight with the fact that the market value was set a year ago and I have similar transactions that are lower from Refin this year and some had more bedrooms!
