If issues come up I could non renew at any time and this would give me greater leverage if things were to deteriorate further, it isn't like you are worried they will leave with no long term lease.

We are thinking very long term, so in order to cover bases regarding potential deaths, wanting to pull out, or being unable to afford the investment it seemed like the best way to go.Really looking for some general advice is there is any, we feel we've googled and researched everything that will apply, but are there anymore pieces to be aware of?

I don't contribute anything to this website other than the posts i made about the person charging me.So now I get to go up against someone that has a million dollar lawyer while all I'd be able to afford was a free public defender.I am absolutely having a break down due to this websites inability to care about what their inactions do to people...agreeing to their terms of service when we make our accounts shouldnt give them the right to hold onto all the media if it creates massive problems for us.
