Figured as we were looking into a third purchase that would bring us up to 10 units it would be nice to have some cards.I think it would be better to focus now on your systems- develop or find a  lease you want to use, figure out how you will screen potential tenants- what your criteria are and what company you will use for background checks, how you will accept payment, etc.Kelly

I provide a fantastic location and all the comforts of home - e.g. smart TV, fully stocked kitchen (with some cooking basics like oils and coffee).Anything "extra" I provide is inherent to the location - one house is on a river, one has a view, one is super private but also close to town.

It has been great, I have only used it for rent collection and I tested the rent estimate reports, and I plan to use for screening when the time comes.
