To make sure you explain it and communicate it correctly:  The seller "carries the loan", not you. 

I think it's all about communication and how a landlord treats his/her tenants. 

Great book in regards to this is "Tax free wealth-Rich Dad Series"

If it was easy we would all be rich from real estate.They will want you to call all of your credit cards to increase the available limits so you can pay for the "training".They have a software that is free for the first 6 months.  

Since first meeting Mindy at FinCon a few years ago, Josh and I have always been impressed with her knowledge and ability to communicate it - plus her willingness to help others. 

This isn't a get rich quick scheme, but if you use these strategies there's no way you can not get rich.

Short example not trying to sound morbid here but i do get calls from 2 local funeral homes .Most do there own in house type financing but occasionally they do run across people that are land rich but don't have a pot to PXXX in , A little help , guidence , and volunteering to others can go a long ways in one day making a deal come together and putting you atop the consideration list when the time comes for the people to sell . 

Not for a quick get rich method but from the people I have talked to, this industry is one where hard work and dedication pays off.
