@Daniel Peavey I have fridges in my rentals, but I always, always, put in the lease that the fridge is there for their convenience and use but it IS NOT part of the lease agreement and they use it at their own risk.

My name is Daniel, I am working for a realty company in North Jersey.We buy homes if the price is right to rehab and list.I am searching for properties that involve as little as painting of walls to as far as knock down and build new.I began my homebuilding career following the footsteps of my family business.

@Daniel Rubenstein I believe that it can vary, as I've seen some individuals who have indicated they have received up to 50k; however, I think they did have it under contract and did a double close so that it wasn't necessarily disclosed that they were making that amount.But, there have been some individuals too, who've said they've made 20k or so.
