Bats are nocturnal hunters going out at night and feed off of insects and a few animal species.What I would do is have a professional exterminator get rid of them.

What he does and did is no reflection on you simply because you hold a similar license with the RE commission.I have no idea how good or bad of an agent you are, but the fact that you mix it up here with other invetors tells me you are more savvy and professional than most others.Bottom line here is I am not or did not attack your credibility or profesionalism, yet you insist on arguing that I must have done something wrong to deserve not getting the deal.

Even an investor/rehabber will want to have the property professionally inspected, right?

I think it's worth it to pay a professional and not co-mingle your hired professionals with your tenant base.

In addition, you don't have a professional to help you negotiate.
