I am a 48y/o professional with a desire to invest for long-term gains, not day-to-day income.This site seems to have a wealth of knowledge, and I have learned a lot already.My current plan is to invest in residential rental units, up to 4/property, at least at first.I look forward to asking questions and learning.

Seach for Realtytrac on this site and you will see what some others have shared about their experiences with the service.If you really want to know what is going on locally find the agents who handle the bulk of the REOs in the local area.

Denver Area Real Estate MapHave patience, their web site is not the fastest.The summary is that low priced neighborhoods, prices under $250,000, have seen declines in values and have been hard hit by foreclosures.
