Hello,

I just did some searches on REO properties and ran across this site - very impressed with the community support on this site. So, I joined up in hopes of sharing my knowledge of foreclosures and real estate investing as well as pick up some new information myself.

My name is Eric and I live in North San Diego County. I have bought, rehabbed, and sold 4 houses over the years (only loosing money on one of them). With the changes in the market, I am ready kick it into high gear to capitalize on the local opportunity over the next 5-7 years.

Looking forward to sharing my successes (and hicups) with everyone here.
