That and educating yourself via reading, learning from others (here on BP as well), and putting into action what you have learned.It is very difficult (not impossible) to jump full time into RE particularly without a job.

Generally they're on 3rd Saturdays out of the month, but theres a combined Foreclosure Summit, we're all attending this Fri and Sat, educating about the newest changes to MD's foreclosure law.the info for the second 2, can be found at dcreia.comTheres more in VA, theres a few in Baltimore.
