Do any of you have some leads about investment opportunities for foreign investors like me? 

I'm living in the first house I bought through a public trustee auction, it was an amazing deal, but it took some kahunas, first to conquer at the auction, then to follow through by leading a crew of four on a complete remodel in four months.  

Make sure this is a voucher for all of the rent for as long as the term is, I got burned very bad  by this because the voucher was only for  1 months rent but I was lead to believe  from tenant it would be an on going payment.

All in all I spent just over 3000 dollars and that is including all the inspections/appliances (lead, fridge, W/D). 

Not sure how you would finance but I think there are better deals if you are getting good direct marketing leads. 

There is a passage door along the closest exterior wall leading into the common area hallways. 

To make a long story short, their actions lead me to believe something was't right, and that is why I asked the question.

Their role will be to screen potential new tenants, make sure your rent check is received on time, and take calls from your tenant when there is an issue.
