Hello BP my name is Carlos and I'm new to the real estate industry and decided to join BP about a month ago to gain knowledge in the field.

Our contract was accepted on 10/24/2016 and we have one extension in place, however still no word on the seller credit or if the field service manager has gone to inspect the property, in the meantime we have gotten two estimates for the repairs form a plumber and an electrician, but now our lender is giving us trouble due to an overlay and we have to change lenders and move to an 203K, is this ever going to end??

I used the upper right corner search field and type in "riverside, ca realtor" and the like and not much popped up.  

I also have some good people doing some bird dogging in the field looking for wholesale property.

There are a lot of pretenders in the very crowded real estate crowdfunding platform field.

I'm leaning away from the agent position because it seems like the field is saturated and  I 'm not sure I would have time for a lot of after business hours work.

My husband and I are aspiring real estate investors with no experience in the field.  

Before graduating college, I knew my place was in the field of real estate.

I currently work in banking as an AVP credit analyst, and have worked in banking for a little over 2 years.I have been interested in real estate for quite some time, as I have done much research on this field throughout my undergraduate and graduate career in finance and accounting.
