I have owned a couple single family rentals, and I am looking to make the move into smaller apartment buildings.I have found a 24 unit building, and I am wondering what the average price per door I should be offering.2 bed / 1 bath apartments go for about $650/MO. here in Michigan.

Show them you are in good standing.If the rental is in high demand (you have multiple prospects) remind them that they don't have the apartment until a deposit and lease are signed and that other tenants are interested.

Hello everyone,I am currently writing my first commercial offer in Fallbrook Ca on a 21 unit apartment, asking price is 2.8 million.

I'm a CPA licensed in California since 2011 and I currently live in Highland, CA, which is a part of Southern California. 

Sure people brag about getting a large apartment with their first or 2nd deal on BP all the time, but they don't tell you what happened 5 years later. 

My main questions are how do I figure out what areas in York are going to be the best for rentals (high occupancy rates) and if anybody has tips for renting in the student market.I'm really excited to be a part of this community and I hope to learn a lot from all of you!

Best case they actually pay you and leave your apartment as it was when they moved in. 

Apart from that, if it’s literally been months just to get this far it will be months more to resolve it.
