Looking for high population growth areas, with high jobs growth.

Needed some guidance on the fees for this kind of real estate and whether the offered pref and LP/GP split actually makes sense or is it too high/low?

I've wholesaled so many properties, I've lost count, but I can tell you this - it's well over 1,000.I've been an on-site mentor teaching people wholesaling for 15+ years.I stand by my previous post.

Most people don't recommend getting started with a flip especially if you don't have reliable people in your network like contractors and an agent. 

I'd definitely be interested to hear if any of these add-on platforms have opinions on this specific topic - for example, if the guest purchases an alcoholic add-on through this third-party add-on site, do they have any waiver of liability which extends to cover the host?

Does anyone have a property manager they recommend in the area? 

Things such as a space to cook are high on that list (toilets are a big one, too).

I read on here that it is a waste of time and money to pay any site for help and there is plenty of free info on the web.When I try to google for this free info or lists all I get is sponsored sites trying to sell their programs.

In CO, I am close to many military bases and have posted on their sites but wasn't as successful as just listing on airbnb and Zillow.Best of luck,Lindsey
