I live in the Twin Cities but went to college in Cloud.

We started getting bids and guarantees from city government, Burlington Northern Railroad,  Utilities, Carpet Layers, House Movers, Insurers,  Landscapers, etc. 

., and I was new to the city so had no pre-existing SOI.  

One of the many positives is that the lot was previously developed and still maintains municipal city service connections. 

Sites like the properties here on BP, or local REIA group websites that list properties or the real estate investor group sites for the cities in question on Facebook.Two:  Google the terms sell my house fast in whatever city you are buying. 

Also I’m looking to get into SFR, buy and hold.I live on the west side of fw near Aledo, so I’d like to target west of the city.

There are ones on west side, Kailua, and in the city.

Inside the city on SFRs and small multis I struggle to find a 1% property - but within an hour and a half of the city the potential is there.

I'm curious what makes Chicago better for tenants and out of curiosity what other cities have in place to extremes in favor of tenants, and cities to extremes in favor of landlords to get a gauge of how Chicago sits on the scale.

(Peterborough) as the city is growing because all the Londoners are moving here.Anyway I look forward to being more active here and getting to know the forums and the investors on it.Best wishes,Josh
