I've been reviewing HCAD but it feels like I'm missing something.

Every street seems to either have a dumpster in the driveway or new custom homes being built.  

He doesn't like the reviews for the first contractor that came to see the property.  

In general do you know how to prospect and generate business, present, close deals, and serve customers?

Do I just checl yelp and pick the highest reviews?

I think you should look more at them as a whole profile, I know people who have been arrested and never charged because a jealous ex lover called the cops over a fight you just never know.If she has a great credit score, Landlord reference and has been gainfully employed for 3+ months and her boss gives her a good review.

Lots of things to consider review before purchasing.

Are the Agents already in works with the lenders to get the Short Sale review opened?

Essentially, this is a tear down...A custom builder has recently scraped 5 lots of similar size directly across the street that are offered for $100-120k with a minimum build price of $300k+.
