I don't know what I am missing or may be it's just not a good deal?

I removed everything. about 3 days later, we get a call form the lady, saying that she had stuff missing from her storage unit and she needs it back. we returned everything and she try's to tell me that there was a $1200 saw missing and she will not pay the ret until she gets it back lol!!

@Ben Mosier I lived in Piqua for a while growing up, seriously miss Winans.

However I have just become ready to make another purchase and I see one SFH foreclosure property that looks good so I called another agent rather than wait the two weeks and miss out on it.My question is if I try to fund this new purchase with the same lender I used before, but for a purchase with a different agent because mine is on vacation, could this cause problems? 

What am I missing?

Is yours missing some critical amenities that their place has?

My thought was that agents in different geographies know their market best and might have knowledge of off-market listings, which I don't want to miss out on.
