I'd suggest talking with 2 or 3 HVAC contractors.

I do both and enjoy both but they are definitely different animals. 

Long story short, I used the wrong contractor and the property took almost 11 months to get on the market. 

Reliable snow removal contractors however are not a dime a dozen.
