Leases range from $9sqft on the smaller buildings up to around $6.50sqft modified gross for the larger spaces (these rates apply to north Alabama only). 3-5 year lease terms.

As a 63-year-old with a BA in Economics and lots of treasury experience, I have concluded that the Economic principles I was taught in college and experienced in my treasury career often no longer apply.

What other programs can we encourage tenants to apply to if they lose their jobs etc? 

I know they can apply for E.I., Landlord and Tenant board is stopping all evictions and the banks may allow you to push your mortgage payment.

Does it only apply to primary?
