I think with the new tax laws if enacted that take away state tax deductions Vegas could see some pretty good flow in form high states like OR and CA..

Do not discount Las Vegas.

Single properties are probably the cheapest and safest investment right now, price are so low that it's hard to go wrong.But then again it's all about your area.Here in Vegas, despite the economy the market is crazy. people are overbidding on all REO properties.If Chicago is like here, buy a few properties, cash if you can, rent them and wait a couple of years.

We were already in the process of closing on a couple of SFR rentals in Las Vegas when we decided to attend the Summit.
