Looking for contractor recommendations in the Denver/Commerce City area in order to get our first investment property up and running!

I have a high-end flip coming up in the Bay Area of California.

I recently got my real estate license here in CA and wanted to get into wholeselling.

Does anyone know the legal way to get tenants out in California?

The projects we are working on are in CA and FL so i dont know what the zoning or city's requirements in other places yet.

I’m in a similar process right now, attempting to buy a duplex with a VA loan (Currently own a home in CA with a VA, so only have $288k remaining for new purchase).For VA loans, you can do no money down up to ~$450k or so.

Bonus is if you can move to larger parcels that may have timber value.trying to find lots for builders is pretty much a non starter builders find their own lots.. and are not going to over pay.this is why the guys that do this primariliy are working the deserts of the south west.. high deserts of CA rural Texas NM  AZ  so on and so forth..

It's a townhouse in an up and coming city in South Florida. 

I would look closer in towards the city like the 64 cooridor from Parham Road to the city.
