The new short wall in the guest bath (the one that's at a right angle to the back wall) would be a great place for a towel bar, or a couple of small shelves with towels on them, or maybe a little cabinet for the towels.The disadvantage is that if you don't move the main stack, I'm not sure if moving the guest toilet to the outside wall will work - since the stack is in the same spot, you have to make sure you'll still have enough slope on the pipe to the toilet, even with the toilet being further away from the main stack.

I would want to see market data that says most renters would prefer open shelves vs. traditional cabinets.

All the other goodies apply - hardwood floors, granite/marble counters, upscale cabinets/appliances, etc.

Here in DC I see neighborhood differences in color of cabinets, types of countertops, need for a master bathroom, etc.

The hardwood is good, otherwise tile and durable cabinets and counter tops.

Renovation Pro Forma: $11,430 (labor) + $6000 (materials) + $6000 (HVAC), Estimated Time to Complete: 30-45 daysActual Renovation: $11,610 (labor) + $ 10,581 (materials and HVAC), Time to Complete: 63 daysThe renovation included prepping and staining the hardwood floors, installing new LVT in the kitchen, entryway, and downstairs extra bedroom, painting kitchen cabinets, full interior and exterior paint, installing a new shower pan and fixing tile issues, fixing drywall, building a fence on 1/3 of the property, installing a new HVAC system, and re-finishing some of the concrete driveway and front step.The project was significantly delayed but I’m not sure how much of that can be attributed to the Stay at Home order.

Prior issue with hopefully no issues moving forward, ment brand new flooring down stairs, and all new kitchen cabinets.
