If I need a showing I'll pay for it and if I keep going into bidding wars, I'll pay for it and if I burn enough time I'll owe more than the entire buyers commission would have paid, but at least I won't have someone who is pissy and moany every time I ask for something or makes a killing on 4 hours of work (when I did all of the heavy lifting).
