    @Devin Stewart Welcome to BP. You are going to get tons of replies to this email from agents and property providers. Be sure that this property source owns rentals. I don't mean 3-4 either. Make sure they own 30+ and have the proper experience to guide you and not "sell you". Huge difference in those two. Some of the locations that are desirable are becoming hard to source property in. So, some property sources are going into areas that are normally "Stay away" areas and selling the potential and the regentrification of that area. I would use extreme caution there as well.
