I am currently facing some big capex expenses from dry rot in an add on kitchen/bath area and the roof is once again getting tired looking.The numbers: Cleaning and maintenance is 11,676; repairs 7324; supplies 2697; capex 22,073. this house is early 1900's built. 11,676+7324+2697+22073=43,770/20 years = 2188.50 per year or 182.38 per mo.
