What are your thoughts on providing infant gear like pack 'n plays and high chairs?

If you are putting low money down and expect it to cash flow, that is likely not going to happen.

Hello, I hope whoever is reading this post finds themselves well.

I would not put "before pictures" that are ugly, because people cannot unsee things and usually have no imagination about what it could look like. 

The best way to keep up with expenses/receipts is to use something like google drive or dropbox.

I would like to purchase a 2-2.5 mil home with the proceeds that will eventually be our primary, but that we could buy initially as a second home/investment and rent out for the remainder of 2024.
