first of all thank you for replies.im thinking to get a loan for 150k. buy a house for 100 and use 50 toward reno. i have 10 years of experience in house repairs so im planning on doing some repairs myself. i have many saved and i just paid of all my credit cards, student loand etc. also how soon can i sell my house meaning by law do i have to wait 2 years since its my first house?

Also, I had been putting the large expense of buying new products for my import business on credit card, incurring about 20k in debt every September in preparation for the holiday season.

Get a student credit card and always pay it off before the end of the month.

For the moment I currently dont have any credit cards, or any credit.
