I'm listed as an authorized user on a few of my parents' credit cards.

We financed with a combination of the remaining line of credit and a low interest credit card.

I did analysis but do not know how to upload it on my IPad.  

I often hear people discouraging newbies from spending too much time on entity structure, business cards and websites.

We recently used them....called the toll free number on the post card beginning of december....spoke to a Larry.....later called said our credit score was lower than what the terms were but said no problem they can just up the percentage so that is what we did.  

I had 14 credit cards at one point early in my investing.  

I have a couple of units who direct deposit to our rental bank account, but I'm not the biggest fan of continuing to give out the account number in order to make this happen (my bank doesn't offer Deposit Only cards, bummer). 

My brothers credit is almost nonexistent since he just got his first credit card.

The company I am with is not recieving a final approval because I have two late payments for my credit card back in December.

In some areas the showing apps are used a lot, in other places you just may get a combination code to the lockbox or a special card that is part of your membership to  NAR (the national association of realtors).
