With the closing scheduled for this week, the wholesaler tells me there is no green card that my lawyer is asking for.

My tenants love it and there are no fees on either side if using a bank or debit card.

 @Adrian Tilley |  @Jon PoolWhile there often are some really strange case law out there and without taking sides, I just can't see how say a bank like JPM for instance (or any bank for that matter), can tell a customer that a default on an unsecured personal debt or credit card, would/could in and of itself trigger a default on a mortgage held with the same lender.

If you want to upload the HUD and the loan documents, maybe someone will take the time to look them over, but it sounds like, if you want to stay out of default, you need to pay or hire a lawyer.

This is why some firms pay their employees by deposits onto debit cards, and then they can get cash via an ATM. 

Banks will give out credit cards, but they'll give you hell if you try to get a line of credit without being in business for 2+ years.

For minor plumbing repairs such as clogged drains, I have a credit card on file with my plumbing company and they schedule with the tenant and bill my card.

The unbanked can get a pre-paid debit card at walmart or circle K as long as the card permits ACH debits it should work.
