I get a judgement and execution and contact the local constable.After a month or two, if they don't pay they get summonsed to a payment hearing.If they don't show, now the constable threatens to arrest them if they don't pay.Just collected 5k judgement doing this.Good luck

You might want to go back and check on those notes you bought for example two years ago and rerun your numbers.

Last year we were able to do so and we bought two multifamily properties in our area. 

These two companies are 10, 11, and 12.

We just served two tenants.

By my calculations we've assisted nearly two dozen out of state or area investors acquire, furnish and launch vacation rentals on the Oregon Coast the past two years. 

We see this here in Colorado where short-term rentals aren't cash-flowing nearly as well as they did two years ago, but I also just found a $650,000 property in the mountains outside Denver that gets to around $900/mo cash flow and is near 10% cash-on-cash. 

I haven't pulled a list with Batchleads yet but am open to that or hear from someone who has experience with both and get their opinon on the two.

The last two projects I completed were remodeling the backyard and a gut renovation of the bathroom.
