It’s worth really digging into the rules and ensuring your tenants understand them so that you aren’t paying for their behavior and that you are able to keep your cash flow intact!

If we were to sell our starter home I would take that cash and put it right into the new home as well (resulting in a ~$240K mortgage.)For what it's worth, this would be our first rental property.

If not then the property is definatly not worth keeping as a investment property.

That to me is well worth paying a small fee to have a professional manager with experience do on my behalf.

And because I have nearly 10 years of doing this I can look at a listing and with in less than a minute figure out if that land is worth doing detailed analysis of or not.
