If it's for your own personal residence I see nothing terribly wrong with it, assuming you are fiscally responsible and stable.

The terms I saw on leasing panels (you don't actually own them, a company does and they reduce your electric bill in exchange) are terrible terms.

20% is horrible,, your either priced to high, or the apt is terrible condition compared to others or you have a horrible leasing agent, or your rental criteria for income base is not within the market level of applicants.. something is off. you should with a good leasing agent be able to have 2 to 3 showings and have at least 1-2 applicants. if not, something is terrible wrong,, have a test person shop your rental as a renter, and see what's happening with how your unit is being marketed and shown.

Renting could give you "freedom" however based on my experience as a landlord a lot of landlords are terrible.

Perhaps 5 days or so.If that fails, you should - depending on how the contract was written - be able to keep the deposit.I'd put it back on the market and have the listing agent add the following to the listing: "Back on market - buyer's financing fell through"In my opinion, a property is not terribly stigmatized when that happens.As to the difference between the offer price and previous listing price, I'm not sure how the buying public would know what the offer price was.

I've never done either but I've seen a number of them that started and failed to fully execute, so I assume they were financial failures.From an apartment owner perspective, a building with 100% studio apartments is a terrible acquisition.

Terrible economic data, housing nationwide down 10% from June, based on bond market we should see the FED pivot soon which is the final nail in the coffin for markets.
