Hi all - in the situation where a property has an in law suite in the basement, would you consider renting out that unit separately for extra income over the duration of the lease in a lease purchase situation, or would you rent out the whole thing to a tenant buyer and simply have let the in law suite be a value proposition to the tenant buyer (they can sublease that unit and use the rent to pay us the rent payment)?
