HomeReady - Living in ADU and using Main Property rent to offset
Hi, I am looking at a SFR in Denver with a detached mother-in-law suite (ADU). Now I know that I can use projected rental income from the ADU to help qualify for a HomeReady loan, but my question is what if I were to live in the ADU and use the projected rental income from the SFR instead? Has anybody successfully done this? Thanks!
