I live in Hamilton Ontario and I was wondering how flipping is like in the Southern/Southwestern Ontario region was like.

The numbers look sustainable but there isn't a lot of room for error.

I believe the 407 extension has already started bringing in people from the Durham and GTA regions.

I am from Brooklyn, NY and plan on beginning to invest in northeastern PA, specifically the Lehigh Valley region and even more specifically, Bethlehem.I am a registered architect in NY and currently work as a design executive with a well respected and established residential developer in NYC.  

You can always call your regional VA office and they should be able to fill you in on the criteria information.benefits.va.gov should point you in the right direction to get a hold of the nearest regional center.
