Back when I lived in Brooklyn (as a student, many years ago), it was all too common to see tenants conspiring together against the landlord to either skim off the rent or get a new appliance, etc...It can totally get confusing which unit and which tenant has what quality of appliance, and it's pretty easy to pull a fast one if there are no records.

I have not estimated any repairs on this home or anything like that, but I'm guessing that it's looking at about 50k in repairs at least.My thinking is that a house with 6 bedrooms would be a great college living quarters for students.
